well lets hear it on the own words from our good friend Guillaume Brochu from Purebreed Fine Motorcycles
"Purebreed Fine Motorcycles came to life this January, as the first full blown Cafe Racer build shop in Eastern Canada. I entirely designed and tought the shop, and built it with the great help of my friend Patrick. The shop has all the amenities including a proper paint booth system as everything except powdercoating is done in-house, by me. This build, my third completed one, is based on a 1976 KZ900A that the customer, a friend, already had (all future builds will be based on bikes I have bought - currently have 20 in stock and getting another 20 soon enough!) He always loved the feeling, intensity and sensations of vintage bikes, and the KZs was pretty much the fastest of the bunch back then. As with all the builds coming out of my shop (currently have three more in the process and more planned after), it was stripped down to the littlest bit; frame was de-tabbed, blasted and powdercoated satin black, just like the Lester wheels, fork lowers, caliper and fork trees. Durability is always a top priority, especially with the finishes. The fuel tank is actually from the B model, painted in Audi's Shiraz Red paint code with a subtle black stripe running off-centered. Fuel tank cap was also powdercoated. Bars are Renthal Super Low risers; brake cylinder and clutch levers are both new, and Goodridge SS braided brake line hooks up to the front brake. Not a single bolt was left unchanged; especially the engine mount bolts. After 37 years... Wiring is also new but much modified as everything is relocated elsewhere, out of sight, mostly under the beautiful seat wrapped in true Ultra-Leather."
