The Yamaha Ray is powered by a 113cc (bore x stroke – 50 x 57.8 mm), air-cooled, 2-valve, SOHC, single-cylinder engine which produces a peak power output of 7.1 PS at 7500 RPM and peak torque output of 8.1 Nm at 5000 RPM. The engine seems to be clearly tuned for mileage and has both electric and kick start options. The Yamaha Ray has been priced at Rs. 46,000/- (ex-showroom, Delhi).
