Kawasaki KZ1000 cafe Racer Albert “The Chief” Hurt is a retired Coast Guard officer who lives in Spokane, USA. He’s also a bike builder and a mastermind behind this cool looking Kawasaki KZ1000 cafe Racer. Using the 1992 Kawasaki KZ1000 Police Special as the starting point, Albert changed pretty much everything aside from the frame and the engine.The end product? A very quick 95hp vintage looking Kawasaki that would probably put a lot of modern bikes to shame
