1957 Caproni-Trento Capriolo Sport 75cc Motorcycle | Vintage Motorcycles 1957 Capriolo Sport 75cc Motorcycle - Capriolo Motorcycles were manufactured by Aero Caproni of Trentino, Italy, from 1950 to 1964. Aero Caproni's 75cc 4-stroke 'Capriolo 75' was introduced in 1951, designed by G. Perini and Count Gianni Caproni, with its chassis design being influenced by BMW and DKW of Germany. The 'Capriolo Sport' 75 was introduced a few years later, and was equipped with telescopic front forks, stamped metal dual-cradle chassis, dual rear shocks, and aluminum alloy wheels. By 1958, Capriolo was marketed under the 'Aeromere' (Regional Mechanical Air) name, sold as the Capriolo 100 Turismo, Capriolo 125, and Caproni Vizzola 'Cavilux' and 'Cavimax' which used a 247cc NSU motor.
